Ich bin auf das Problem gestoßen, als mir jemand die besagt zip-Datei
schicken wollte.
Die selbe Datei wurde dann per FTP übertragen und kam fehlerfrei an. 
Ich habe zu test-zwecken selbst noch eine zip-Datei mit einer exe als
Inhalt erzeugt; auch bei der gab es das selbe Problem.

Im System gibt es zwei Mail-System: ein lokales (SuSE 7.3, Postfix
2.0.9, amavis perl 0.3.11) und eines, das permanent online und für die
domains zuständig ist (SuSE 8.0, Postfix 1.3, amavis perl 0.3.11)
Das lokale holt die Mails per ftp und verwendet beim Senden den anderen
als Smtp-Relay. Der Witz ist nun, beide Server scannen die Mails, der
lokale hat mit dem zip-Archiv aber kein Problem.
