Jupp, mit dem folgenden Eintrag funktionierts:

smtpd_recipient_restrictions = check_recipient_access hash:/etc/postfix/recipients, reject_unauth_destination

... obwohl ich nicht genau verstehe, was unauth_destination sein soll.
