Ich denke nicht, daß es etwas mit der transport-table zu tun hat, wenn
die recipient-table nicht ausgewertet wird.

Dann spezifiere doch mal reject_unauth_destination am Ende.
Hast Du alle checks in den smtpd_recipient_restrictions?
Ohne logs schwer zu sagen.
