Außerdem sind auch kooperierende Gruppen hinzugekommen, was Ihr als
Einzelperson(en) weiterhin möglichst bald durchgeben und tun könnt bis
spätestens zu einer Last-Minute-Anmeldung am 13. August, da wir
Chorstimmen und Streichinstrumente aller Lagen sowie Waldhörner u.a.
noch besonders suchen.

MIT SUITE UND KANTATE GEGEN DEN STAAT IM STAATE 

GEHEIMDIENSTE ABSCHALTEN ! 

LEBENSLAUTE - 15.-21. AUGUST 2018 - KÖLN 

Geheimdienste entziehen sich ihrem Wesen nach einer gesellschaftlichen
Kontrolle. Das widerspricht der Grundidee von Demokratie. Vor allem
diktatorische Regime setzen auf starke Geheimdienste. Geheimdienste
bespitzeln und diffamieren, erzeugen ein Klima von Angst und Rassismus,
inszenieren Kriegsgründe und schrecken auch vor Morden nicht zurück. Das
ist ihnen möglich, weil sie keiner echten demokratischen Kontrolle
unterliegen.
Die heutigen deutschen Geheimdienste Bundesnachrichtendienst (BND),
Militärischer Abschirmdienst (MAD) und Verfassungsschutz (VS) sind aus
Strukturen des Nazi-Faschismus hervorgegangen. Nach dem Zweiten
Weltkrieg einigten sich die US-Geheimdienste und ihre westdeutschen
Partner darauf, so wörtlich, „die alte Arbeit im gleichen Sinn" gegen
den inneren und äußeren Feind, die „rote Gefahr", fortzusetzen. So
entstanden in mehreren NATO-Staaten auch bewaffnete Untergrundstrukturen
(„stay behind"), in denen in der BRD alte und neue Nazis zahlreich
vertreten waren.
Nach 1989 wurden auf dem Gebiet der ehemaligen DDR auch mit staatlichen
Mitteln und mit Hilfe des VS Nazigruppen organisiert. Die Kader des NSU
stammten aus dem „Thüringer Heimatschutz", der unter anderem mit Geldern
des VS finanziert wurde. Nach der Selbstenttarnung des NSU wurden unter
anderem im Bundesamt für Verfassungsschutz (BfV in Köln) Akten
vernichtet, die die Tätigkeit dutzender V-Leute aus dem NSU-Umfeld
dokumentierten. Ein Verfassungsschutzmitarbeiter war nachweislich bei
dem NSU-Mord in Kassel am Tatort.
Der VS behindert bis heute gerichtliche Ermittlungen, sodass keine*r aus
dem VS strafrechtliche Konsequenzen fürchten musste. Statt des rechten
Milieus wurde jahrelang das Umfeld der Opfer verdächtigt. Warum starben
mindestens sechs NSU-Zeug*innen, kurz bevor oder nachdem sie ihre
Aussage machen konnten, und warum werden Attentäter*innen selten lebend
gefasst?
Spätestens seit 2016 mischen V-Leute auch in der islamistischen Szene
mit, z.B. im Fall der Anstachelung und Unterstützung des Attentäters vom
Berliner Breitscheid-Platz, Anis Amri. Auch hier wurden Akten
manipuliert. Warum stirbt 2016 der mutmaßliche Sprengstoffattentäter
Jabr Albakr in einem Leipziger Gefängnis? Und genau diese Geheimdienste
bekommen immer mehr Geld, Personal und Befugnisse!
Aus alldem wird deutlich, dass Aktivitäten staatlicher Geheimdienste von
den Aktivitäten von Terrororganisationen nicht klar zu unterscheiden
sind. Das ist umso verheerender, als auf Anschläge oft mit Kriegsterror
„geantwortet" wird, der ganze Regionen der Welt auf Dauer ins Chaos
stürzt, unermessliches Leid über die Menschen bringt und sie zur Flucht
zwingt.

LEBENSLAUTE
Unter dem Namen LEBENSLAUTE engagieren sich seit 1986 musikalische Laien
und Profis, InstrumentalistInnen und SängerInnen, UnterstützerInnen
sowie ZuhörerInnen. Konzertaktionen finden einmal jährlich in Chor- und
Orchesterstärke, dazwischen auch in kleineren Ensembles regional, statt.
Die offene Musik- und Aktionsgruppe bringt überwiegend klassische Musik
gerade dort zum Klingen, wo dies nicht erwartet wird: auf
Militärübungsplätzen und Abschiebeflughäfen, vor Atomanlagen und
Raketendepots, in Ausländerbehörden und anderen menschenbedrohenden
Orten.
Bei der Wahl unserer Konzert-Orte und -Aktionsformen lassen wir uns
nicht durch herrschende Vorschriften einschränken. Im Gegenteil.
LEBENSLAUTE-Aktionen suchen als Aktionen Zivilen Ungehorsams die
politische Auseinandersetzung durch angekündigten und bewussten
Gesetzesübertritt: Blockaden, Besetzungen, Entzäunungen, Betreten
verbotener Orte. Dabei ist es uns wichtig, lokale Protestbewegungen zu
stärken.
Auch in diesem Jahr finden wir uns sechs Tage vor der Konzertaktion vor
Ort ein. Wir bereiten uns gemeinsam und intensiv auf unsere
Konzert-Aktionen vor und handeln auch gemeinsam. Entscheidungen treffen
wir basisdemokratisch, Bedürfnisse und Bedenken aller sollen
berücksichtigt werden. Es bleibt stets in der Verantwortung der
Teilnehmenden, wie weitgehend sie sich einbringen und was sie riskieren.

Möglichkeiten (Selbsteinschätzung).
15.-21. AUGUST 2018 (Anreise: 14.8.): Aktionswoche in KÖLN
Wir proben unser Konzertprogramm, diskutieren und üben uns in
basisdemokratischer Entscheidungsfindung. Wir bereiten uns auf die
Aktion vor. Unterkunft und vegetarisches/veganes Essen gegen
Kostenbeteiligung (Selbsteinschätzung).

Mit unserem Gastspiel mischen wir uns musikalisch in den Betriebsablauf
des „Verfassungsschutzes" ein. Wir solidarisieren uns mit den
Betroffenen von direkter und indirekter Staatsgewalt sowie den Menschen
und Initiativen vor Ort, die seit langem für die Abschaltung der
Geheimdienste aktiv sind. 

KONZERTMUSIK 2018
C. W. Gluck, Auszüge aus der Oper „Orpheus und Eurydike",
L. v. Beethoven, „Coriolan" Ouvertüre op. 62 für Orchester,
Chöre „Die Gedanken sind frei" (Umtextung zum Thema) und Vulture Song
„That's What Friends Are For" aus „Jungle Book" sowie weitere Musik für
Orchester allein und mit Chor.
Folk, Jazz, Kammermusik, Improvisieren, Theater, ... sind als
Zusatzprogramme sehr erwünscht. Im Rahmen der Dienstagsaktion freuen wir
uns über derartige Beiträge weiterer Aktionsgruppen und
-teilnehmer*innen! 

ANMELDUNG
LEBENSLAUTE ist offen für übefreudige Musiker*innen aller Chor- und
Orchester-Stimmen, besonders gesucht sind diesmal noch Waldhörner, alle
Streichinstrumente und ein Kontrabass! Nicht musizierende
Aktionsunterstützer*innen sind ebenso willkommen! Eine Anmeldung ist
erforderlich. Wir bitten alle, die sich musikalisch beteiligen wollen,
schon vor dem Probenwochenende ihren Instrumenten-und Chorpart zu üben.
Noten werden rechtzeitig zur Verfügung gestellt.

TURN OFF THE INTELLIGENCE AGENCIES! 

LEBENSLAUTE - AUGUST, 15-21, 2018 - KÖLN (COLOGNE), GERMANY 

It is of the essence of secret intelligence services to avoid societal
control. This is however a total negation of the basic idea of
democracy. Especially dictatorships maintain power through reliance upon
secret service agencies. Such secret institutions spy and diffame their
citizens and thereby produce a climate of fear and racism; they create
reasons, justifications and often actions which can lead to war; often
enough resorting to murdering innocents when necessary. They can only
succeed in these endeavours due to the lack of instances of genuine
democratic control.
The contemporary German intelligence agencies Federal Intelligence
Service (BND), Military Counterintelligence Service (MAD) and the
Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution (BfV or VS)
emerged out of the structures of the Nazi-Fascist Regime. After WWII the
U.S. secret services, especially the CIA, agreed with their West German
partners to „continue the work in the same direction as in the past."
That is, it was aimed against the main enemy foreign and domestic, „the
Communist Menace". This resulted in the creation of stay behind
organisations in many NATO countries, armed underground organisations.
In Germany „old" and „new" Nazis also became members of these
intelligence organisations.
After 1989 new Nazi groups were founded in the former GDR with the help
of German federal funding and personal assistance from the funding and
secret assistance of the VS. The cadre of the Terror group „National
Socialist Underground" (NSU) were recruited from the „Homeland
Protection Group of Thüringia" („Thüringer Heimatschutz"), which also
received some funding from the VS. Immediately after the self-exposure
of the NSU, important files at the federal office of the VS in Köln were
destroyed; these files had documented the activities of dozens of
undercover agents working in the NSU movement. It is proven that one VS
agent was on the scene of the NSU murder in Kassel.
To the present day the VS has continued to obstruct legal investigations
into these matters, so that none of their associates ever had to fear
criminal prosecution. For years the investigators searched for the
offenders in the personal circles of the victims instead of
investigating the extreme rightist surroundings. Why did at least six
NSU witnesses die either shortly before or after their day in court? And
why are possible suspects so seldom taken into custody alive?
Since at least 2016 VS undercover agents have been working actively as
members of the islamistic scene, for example in the case of the
encouragement and assistance given the assasin Anis Amri at the
Breitscheid Square in Berlin. Important files were also manipulated in
this case of VS involvement. Why did the accused dynamite assasin Jabr
Albakr die in a prison in Leipzig? And these same secret services,
especially VS and BND, continue to receive governmental support in the
form of increased financial and personal investment!
All of this adds up to the following: the activities of governmental
secret agencies and those of terrorist organisations cannot be clearly
separated from one another. This is all the more disastrous, because the
governmental response to such terrorist acts is almost always the terror
of war; whole regions of the world are plunged into immeasurable human
suffering and throngs of innocent people are forced to flee for their
lives. 

Turn off the VS and all secret intelligence agencies!
No more toleration of the activities of foreign undercover agencies!
Protect and defend whistleblowers!
Call all perpetrators, abettors and co-conspirators in our political and
governmental institutions to account!
Put an end to the structures of suppression and surveillance in our
country!
Defend and extend democratic rights! 

SOLIDARITY, FREEDOM AND EQUALITY INSTEAD OF GOVERNMENTAL SCARE TACTICS!

Going by the name of 'LEBENSLAUTE' (Life Sounds)
Amateur and professional musicians from all over Germany, singers and
instrumentalists, have been gathering annually since 1986 to form a full
chorus and symphonic orchestra. They are joined by action supporters and
active audiences. On a regional basis there have been smaller but more
frequent projects. We are an open group combining music with social
action and perform mainly classical music in public places where this is
not usually expected: on the grounds of military training areas, inside
the halls of airports to prevent deportations, at nuclear production
plants and rocket depositories, as well as the offices of the
"Department of Alien Residency" and other places where human life is
threatened.
In our choice of concert locations we are not influenced by official
regulations; on the contrary, LEBENSLAUTE designs actions of Civil
Disobedience which seek political confrontation and controversy. They
are previously announced and consciously disregard legal regulations:
blockades, sit-ins, fence-openings, walking where it is forbidden…
Whenever possible we strive to strengthen and support local protest
movements with our projects.
Once again this year we will meet starting six days before our action
event. We will prepare ourselves cooperatively and intensely for our
concert actions and will act in a united fashion. Our decisions are made
on the basis of mutual consent (grassroots democracy), the needs and
concerns of all participants are to be taken into account. Each
participant is responsible for himself/herself and decides to what
degree he_she is willing to actively disobey the laws and regulations
involved. We support those who are faced with possible legal
ramifications with the mutual solidarity of the LEBENSLAUTE network.

AUGUST 15 TO 21, 2018 (August 14: Arrival): Activity Preparation Week in
KÖLN (COLOGNE)
Here we rehearse our concert music, discuss our project and practice
democratic consensus building. We prepare ourselves and train together
for our action. Room and Board (vegetarian/vegan) is with cost sharing
according to one's own financial estimate.

With our concert action we hope to stage a creative musical interruption
of the 'normal' daily routine at the offices of this agency. We will be
acting in solidarity with those direct and indirect victims of this form
of state repression and also with those persons and groups in Cologne
who have been long active in struggling for the shut down of secretive
intelligence agency activities.

instrumentalists and singers and for all persons who wish to support our
action in an administrative or technical way. We especially need French
hornists, all Strings and a Double Bass! We ask those who join us with
their instrument or voice to prepare adequately beforehand. The music
will be available online well ahead of time.
