Liebe Lebenslaute-AktivistInnen und weitere Lebenslaute-Interessierte!
Hiermit bekommt ihr unsere EINLADUNG zum traditionellen
LEBENSLAUTE-Januartreffen: Freitag bis Sonntag, 5.1.-7.1. 2018, wiederum
in der KoWa-Kommune in Waltershausen (Thüringen).

Das Treffen beginnt am Freitag 18 Uhr mit einem Abendessen und endet am
späten Sonntagmittag. Nach einer Rückschau auf die Lebenslaute-Aktion
2017 (hauptsächlich http://www.lebenslaute.net/?page_id=3392) und
Gesprächen zum Stand unseres Netzwerks geht es vor allem um Auswahl und
Vorbereitungsbeginn der kommenden Jahresaktion 2018.
   Falls Euch eine Aktionsidee einfällt, dann bündelt bitte hilfreiche
Informationen dazu und bringt sie präsentationsbereit zum Treffen mit.
Oder mailt Infos von höchstens 1-2 Druckseiten Länge vorab an
lebenslaute2018 at riseup.net oder (wer eingetragen ist) besser an die
LL-Diskussion-Mailingliste. Sehr allgemeine Vorschläge wurden bisher nur
selten ausgewählt.
   Wir werden in Waltershausen wieder viel bereden und nur kurz
musizieren - gebt aber bitte beim Anmelden an, welche Stimmlage(n) Ihr
singen und mit welchem Instrument Ihr in der KoWa musizieren möchtet.

   Mitbringen solltet Ihr Bettlaken / Kissenbezug / Schlafsack,
gegebenenfalls Isomatte / Matratze, dazu Hausschuhe und gerne
Musiksachen, aber keine Haustiere. In der KoWa-Kommune werden wir lecker
speisen: bio-vegetarisch und optional bio-vegan (bitte gebt insbesondere
Nahrungsmittel-Unverträglichkeiten rechtzeitig vorher durch).
   Die Unterbringungsmöglichkeiten in der Kommune auf Matratzen oder
mitgebrachten Isomatten in verschiedenen beheizten Räumen sind begrenzt.
Alternativ zu den Kommune-internen Schlafplätzen bietet das Gasthaus
'Zur Linde', Telefon 03622/902603, preisgünstig Mietzimmer in
unmittelbarer Nähe an. Nach der 30. Person, die einen Gastschlafplatz in
der Kommune wünscht, kommen Interessent*innen erstmal nur auf eine
Warteliste.
   Unkostenbeitrag ist wie zuletzt 25 Euro 'all inclusive' für das ganze
Wochenende (zuviel für dich?: Dann teil das bitte mit), Kinder die
Hälfte. Anmeldungen und Nachfragen sendet bitte baldmöglichst an
2018januar5-7 at lebenslaute.net.

Wege zur KoWa (August-Bebel-Straße 4 in 99880 Waltershausen /
Thüringen):
   Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln bis Bahnhof 'Waltershausen'. Von
dort aus die Strasse überqueren, die Straßenbahnschleife im
Uhrzeigersinn halb umrunden und dann in die Toreinfahrt des großen
Backsteingebäudes.
   Oder individuell motorisiert über die Autobahn A4 'Dresden-Frankfurt'
von Eisenach oder Erfurt kommend die Ausfahrt 'Waltershausen', dann in
den Ort rein bis zu einem improvisierten Kreisverkehr, dort rechts in
Richtung Innenstadt und gleich wieder links in die August-Bebel-Straße
zum Parken.

Es freuen sich auf Euch die lebenslauten Einladenden aus der Burgmühle
Haina und aus der Kommune Waltershausen und die anderen Lebenslaute.

Dear Lebenslaute Activists, Supporters and Interested Persons!
We hereby INVITE you to our traditional Annual Januar LEBENSLAUTE
Planning Meeting:  January 5 to January 7, 2018, KoWa-Commune in D-99880
Waltershausen, Thueringen.

The Meeting will begin on Friday evening at 6 PM with an evening meal
and will end rather late on Sunday afternoon thereafter.
   After a review of the Lebenslaute Action-Event of the past year 2017
(see http://www.lebenslaute.net/?page_id=3392) and an evaluation of
where we are today, we will begin preparing for the new year of
political-musical activities in 2018.
   In case you have an idea or proposal for an Action Project including
full orchestra and choir for the coming year, then collect and focus as
much information as possible about it and come to the meeting in
Waltershausen prepared to present it to all of us.  Or,  email the
information (1 to 2 pages max.) to lebenslaute2018 at riseup.net
(alternatively you can send it to all of us at the
'LL-Diskussion'-Mailinglist, if you are on the list). Our experience has
been that projects have to be fairly well detailed in order to have a
realistic chance of being selected.

We will have a lot to talk about in Waltershausen and only a little time
to make music together. But when you send in your Registration of intent
to come, please tell us what instrument(s) you play (if any) and/or what
voice(s) you sing (S,A,T or B).
   What should you bring?: Sheets/Pillow cases, sleeping bag, with
sleeping pad, house shoes and music, but please no pets. The food at the
KoWa-Commune will be tasty: organic cooking, even vegan, if you tell us
ahead of time (let us know if you have any food allergy problems).
   The sleeping possibilities include rooms with mattresses on beds
and/or on the floor for a limited number of persons, some space for
sleeping bags - all in heated rooms. It is also possible to book
reasonably priced rooms at the Gasthaus 'Zur Linde', Telefon
+49(0)3622/902603, located nearby. For those wishing to sleep in the
commune there is a waiting list after the first thirty persons have
registered to come, so register now!
   What will it cost?:  The normal contribution to the costs of the
gathering, including food, is 25 Euro (Is this too much? Then please let
us know, we can help). Children come for half price. Please send your
registration information and/or any questions you might have as soon as
possible to   2018januar5-7 at lebenslaute.net.

Waltershausen (Thueringen) in Germany:
   By Train - travel to the main train station (Bahnhof)
'Waltershausen', then cross the street and follow the street car tracks
curving to the right and then into the large drive-in entrance to the
commune at the above address.
   By Car - take the Autobahn A4 (Dresden to Frankfurt) from Eisenach or
Erfurt to the Exit 'Waltershausen', drive into the town until you reach
a provisional traffic circle, turn right in the direction of downtown
('Innenstadt' or 'Zentrum') and then take the first left into
August-Bebel-Strasse and park on the street next to the building.
