[Individual-members-EL] letter to all EL partiesregardingindividual members

What about:
1. writing an short open letter that explains the situation of the 
individual membership in the EL, that we spread into the national parties? 
Most of the national partymembers don´t know about a common european left 
party and the individual membership.
2. ask for invitation to a boardmeeting (if there is again no reactio, 
invite ourself to one of the next boardmeetings and set that point on their 
agenda)
