Hi all,

I just had a first glance at Syed's long contribution about illiteracy in Pakistan.
It seemed rather interesting, but I didn't have the time to really READ it yet.
Syed, since Pakistan is - at the moment - not a core issue of European debates,
would you please let us know whether you'd like to discuss this with us or
whether it is just for information. Thanks. Also: Who was the author?

I attach an appeal forwarded by our list member Lena. Does anyone know more
about the reasons (official and true ones) to try and ban this party?
Are they in any way violent, Stalinist or revolutionary? (unfiortunately they don't
publish their political agenda in English on the internet).

I regret I don't know anything about the source and time of its origin. But as you see
below the Czech MEP sent it this week.
