DW Akademie is working with several Cambodian project and cooperation 
partners to implement activities in the field of "Media and Information 
Literacy" (MIL). The project activities are predominantly aimed at 
Cambodian youth. We are looking for a consultant/trainer for MIL to 
contribute to the further development of our MIL projects in Cambodia, and 
to plan and train MIL workshops in Cambodia in English. DW Akademie is 
commissioning a service contract for a MIL consultant/trainer for its 
Cambodian MIL projects in 2020. The starting date of the contract will be 
confirmed in accord with the applicant. The contract will be issued for a 
maximum number of up to 15 service days in 2020. 

The concrete objectives of the service contract encompass: 
- conducting short-term MIL workshops in Cambodia as a trainer (language 
of instruction English), 
- creating training plans and materials in English,
- contributing material for MIL manuals and textbooks in English, 
- developing curricula and training modules, 
- conceptual advice on MIL projects for DW Akademie and its Cambodian 
partner organizations.
