Dear Raegan,

Thanks a lot for sharing your contact details. As I mentioned, I got in touch with you on Ben Scott from New America Foundation/ SNV’s recommendation as we are trying to reach out to people who are interesting in the world of digital / cyber issues in Europe at the moment.

Basically, I wanted the opportunity to pick your brains whenever you have a chance, regarding a project on European Digital Power that we are running at ECFR. Some more info about the project is available at this webpage that is currently under construction: http://www.ecfr.eu/digitalpower

Nacho Torreblanca has been running the project up until now out of our Madrid office, but he is unfortunately leaving us to go full time at El Pais and so we are now putting out feelers for possible replacements to lead this work, and in particular to work on a policy brief on the interplay between geopolitics and the digital sphere.

The job ad that we are putting out this week is attached, but we are looking at various forms of collaboration to fulfil the deliverables for this project this year.I wondered whether you would be willing to share this with your networks, and / or whether it was something that might be of interest to you in some form.
