[FoME] Paid part-time internship in editorial team, Berlin

Dear friends and colleagues,

The non-governmental and not-for profit organization Citizens For Europe 
e.V. seeks to employ an English native speaker for the period of five 
months, beginning on July 1st. The successful candidate will complete 
our editorial team.

We welcome applications from young academics 
holding a first degree and having first experiences in the editorial 
work of journals, magazines, newspapers or similar experiences in other 
fields of work. The intern will help with the publication of the first 
issue of "Open Citizenship – The Journal" and external communication. 
This includes the following tasks:

- work on content and 
structure of the journal
- scientific and journalistic research
- 
acquisition of authors, partners and sponsors
- writing stories and carrying out interviews
- proof 
reading of texts published on various media

Applicants are 
expected to

- have a strong interest in questions concerning the 
European integration and the role of citizens
- have at least basic 
knowledge of the German language
- be flexible concerning working 
hours/days
- be able to work independently and in a multinational 
team

The internship will be remunerated with 300€ per month for a workload of two full days per week. Applications including a cover 
letter stating motivation and experience, a detailed CV, and if 
applicable reference letters of previous positions, should be send to
