[FoME] Madagascar media studies

The research for media studies covering Madagascar has revealed some interesting studies, see attached for those who are interested. Many thanks to Tina Henneken from Friedrich Ebert Foundation in Windhoek for pointing to the African Media Barometer covering Madagascar, and to Christoph Dietz who helped tremdously by searching the Library of the Catholic Media Council (CAMECO).
