Lieber Herr Elliesen,
ich hoffe Ihnen ist es bereits gelungen eine Kontaktmglichkeit zu Mr.
Lubega ausfindig zu machen. Ich habe gesehen, dass er in Uganda fr The
EastAfrican gearbeitet hat und habe daraufhin eine Email an jemanden in
der Zentrale der NationMediaGroup (Mutterkonzern)in Nairobi geschickt, den
ich durch meinen Aufenthalt in Kenia kenne. Ich warte noch auf eine
Antwort.
Da Sie aber schon morgen abreisen, ein kleiner Tipp: Der Verfasser des
Lnderberichts der African Media Development Initiative fr Uganda heit
Dr. John Wotsuna Khamalwa. Er ist Senior Lecturer an der Universitt in
Kampala und als Medienexperte fr Uganda drfte er Mr. Lubega sicher

(brigens hat er seinen PhD in Bayreuth gemacht, spricht also sicher
deutsch.)
Sollten Sie ber Nairobi fliegen und dort ein bisschen verweilen, empfehle
ich einen Besuch von James Shikwati. Er hat sich ja zum selben Thema einen Namen gemacht hat , wie Sie sicher wissen. Das Inter Region Economic Network (IREN) Kenya, fr das er arbeitet, ist regional ausgerichtet und knnte Ihnen vielleicht auch einen Tipp geben zum "like-minded" Mr. Lubega.

Liebe Listen-Mitglieder,
ich mache mich morgen auf eine Recherchereise nach Uganda. Dort wuerde ich
auch gern einen Journalisten namens Henry Lubega treffen. Der Mann ist in
mehreren (deutschen und auslaendischen) Zeitungsartikeln mit kritischen
Aeusserungen zur internationalen Entwicklungshilfe kritisiert worden - zum
Beispiel in einem "Spiegel"-Artikel:
