Mais les dossiers de Doha n'ont pas pour autant été balayés de la table. A l'heure actuelle, des pourparlers se tiennent à Genève dans le cadre de l'OMC, surtout concernant les facilités commerciales. Les travaux s'appuient sur le GATS et prévoient une liste d'engagements plutôt "hybride".
