C'est le cas de grands groupes français du CAC 40. </span><br></span></span></span></span></span></span></strong><span style="font-size: xx-small; "><span style="font-size: xx-small; "><br><span style="font-size: small; ">Chaque année, des milliers de milliards de dollars échappent aux Etats. On estime qu'entre vingt mille milliards et trente mille milliards de dollars sont dissimulés dans les quelque soixante paradis fiscaux existant dans le monde. Depuis des décennies, des multinationales cherchent à réaliser un maximum de profit en payant - bien évidemment - le moins de taxes possible. Optimisation fiscale, évasion fiscale, trust... Tous les procédés légaux, ou pas, se révèlent utiles pour <span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 238); ">engranger</span> encore plus de billets verts. </span><br><br><span style="font-size: small; "><strong>COULISSES DES MONTAGES FINANCIERS <br><br></strong>C'est le cas de la firme Colgate-Palmolive. Il y a une dizaine d'années, ce groupe a décidé de délocaliser son siège <span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 238); ">social</span> français en <span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 238); ">Suisse</span>. Conséquence : plus d'impôt à <span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 238); ">payer</span> sur les bénéfices et fin de l'intéressement pour les salariés. En toute impunité, la multinationale a pu transférer les gains qu'elle a réalisés en France à l'étranger. <br><br>Dans son documentaire pédagogique <em>Evasion fiscale, le hold-up du siècle</em>, le journaliste Xavier Harel explique, avec humour, les rouages de l'évasion fiscale et ses conséquences. Il se rend dans différents paradis fiscaux, comme les îles Caïmans, Jersey, la Suisse, et montre les coulisses des montages financiers. Aux Caïmans, notamment, un bâtiment de quatre étages abrite... 18 000 entreprises. Dans l'Etat du Delaware, aux Etats-Unis, 285 000 entreprises sont enregistrées dans un immeuble d'un étage. A moins d'une heure de vol de Washington, cet Etat est une sorte de paradis fiscal qui assure l'anonymat pour les propriétaires d'<span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 238); ">entreprises</span>.. <br><br>Comme l'explique le documentaire (produit par Arte France et Maha Productions), l'évasion fiscale a une double conséquence dramatique pour les Etats : elle les oblige à <span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 238); ">faire</span> des coupes budgétaires et à <span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 238); ">sacrifier</span> des <span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 238); ">services</span> publics. Ou à s'<span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 238); ">endetter</span>. En <span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 238); ">Grèce</span>, où les armateurs, les banquiers et l'Eglise - pourtant premier propriétaire foncier du pays - ne paient pas d'impôt, on estime l'évasion fiscale à quelque 45 milliards d'euros, soit près de 20 % du PIB national.
