Wie ihr euch sicher schon gedacht habt, ist das United Against Fascism ein ehrenamtliches Festival. Mit anderen Worten besteht unsere Crew aus einer Handvoll Menschen, die alle viele verschiedene Aufgaben übernehmen und meistens Verantwortlichkeiten doppelt besetzen🦐
Die Organisation eines Festivals birgt nun mal eine Menge Herausforderungen und Arbeit, die neben unserer eigentlichen Lohnarbeit, Studium etc. passiert. 
Ja schon klar, überraschend ist das jetzt bestimmt für niemanden, also warum erzählen wir euch das ganze? Naja ihr könnt euch wahrscheinlich schon denken, worauf das hier hinaus läuft… für viele der Aufgaben die am Festivalwochenende anstehen brauchen wir eure Hilfe ‼️
Ihr wolltet schon immer mal eine Bar betreuen, eine Runde an der Tür sitzen, die Aufsicht in einer Ausstellung machen oder ein geschultes Auge für Müll und Pfand auswerfen? Dann können wir eure Träume wahr werden lassen!!🤩🤩🤩🎊
Und dabei könnt ihr nicht nur einen Meilenstein im eigenen Leben erreichen, sondern gleichzeitig unterstützt ihr euer lokales Antifa-Festival! Also praktisch eine Win-Win-Situation für uns alle 🤭

As you have probably already guessed, United Against Fascism is an Event organized by volunteers. In other words, ourcrew consists of a handful of people who all take on many different tasks and usually double up on responsibilities 🦐
Organizing a festival poses a lot of challenges and work that happens in addition to our actual paid work, studies, etc. 
Yes, of course, this is probably surprising for no one, so why are we telling you all this? Well, you can probably already guess where this is going... we need your help for many of the tasks that need to be done during the festival weekend ‼️
Have you ever wanted to run a bar, sit at the door, supervise an exhibition, or you have a trained eye for trash and deposit bottles? Then we can make your dreams come true!!🤩🤩🤩🎊And you can not only achieve a milestone in your own life, but also support your local Antifa Festival! So basically a win-win-situation for all of us 🤭
