[Trennmuster] IETF

Hi George, 

Thanks for your message. No secret agent was at work here. Some small notes for those who perhaps missed out on some communication:

- It is not the IETF but OpenTaal under which name this was written. It hasn't been submitted to IETF yet. It could be submitted to another international open standard organisation but I choose this one for the moment. 

- I have always communicated that I was working on this since a few years and we (OpenTaal) had our own ideas on this before I learned more about Trennmuster. I made it this specific form so that it supports and helps Trennmuster too. 

- I have offered co-authership to Trennmuster, DANTE or specific persons and am still doing so. :-) 

- With the help of people of Trennmuster in writing this format it is 100% conversable back and forth. It is up you to change - to tilde or not. It is similar to <> and -2- which are not part of the standard. 

- I actively took part in some discussions, fixed some bugs for Trennmuster and contributed code. Thinking of it now, am I also part of this project?
