I don't think so. My intention was 

* the first symbol characterizes the type of the hyphenation point
  (main, prefix, ordinary)
  
* optionally following symbols characterize the strenght or "quality" of
  the hyphenation point.
  
Usually, the following symbols are a duplication of the first.

An exception is a prefix for both parts of a compound word, e.g.

  Un|=re-gel=mä-ßig-kei-ten
