Unfortunately, I tried the disconnect method (safely eject, reconnect, then disconnect without ejecting) but it still doesn't work on my pens. Same error: "Le fichier audio n'est pas sur le lecteur"</div>

I've now tested on two different pens (1st generation and latest generation, both French) with the same result.</div>
