2. Tiptoi Manager : I have not been using Tiptoi Manager at all during this process. I've been copying .gme files directly via Windows File Explorer (drag and drop), then safely ejecting the pen before testing.</div>

I'm completely stumped. The pens work perfectly with official Ravensburger .gme files, but reject all custom .gme files (tttool, SoniqPen) even though they work on your pen.</div>
