[Tiptoi] TipToi English Files?

My tiptoi manager only supports the following languages, (and it states that I will only be able to find the books corresponding to the tiptoi manager language):

German
French
Italian
Dutch
Russian

I really would like to turn everything into English (tiptoi manager and my existing books).
Is there any way I can do it?

Can anybody point me to the right direction?
