In einen Großteil der Flächen (Bauteil A-D) zieht Mitte 2024 die Berliner Verwaltung ein. In sieben Stockwerken im prominenten Kopfbau „Haus A “ sollen ab Ende 2025 Nutzungen aus Kunst, Kultur, Soziales und Bildung einziehen. Diese Räume werden nun in einer ersten Bewerbungsphase vorbehaltlich in den Stockwerken 2-7 vergeben. Die Bewerbung ist sowohl für Einzelräume als auch sogenannte Optionsräume, die mit anderen Nutzer:innen geteilt werden. </font></span></div>
