Meine Meinung dazu:<br>
<span class="dotdotdot ">Egal wie mensch zur Unabhängigkeit
Kataloniens steht, so sollte doch klar sein, dass es sich dabei um
eine (zugegeben schwierige) politische Frage handelt, die nicht
strafrechtlich beantwortet werden kann. Einen gewählten Politiker
für Jahre oder gar Jahrzehnte für sein politisches Handeln in den
Knast zu stecken, ist einer Demokratie unwürdig, solange er dabei
nicht gegen Menschenrechte oder Völkerrecht verstoßen hat.<br>
