<h2>Asylpaket II stoppen – Keine Einschränkung
von fairen Asylverfahren!</h2>
<p class="bodytext"><b>Liebe Freundinnen und
Freunde von PRO ASYL,</b>
</p>
<p class="bodytext"><br>
die Bundesregierung will ein Gesetz auf den
Weg bringen, das eine erneute massive
Verschärfung des Asylrechts bedeuten würde.
Dies wollen wir mit unserem Aufruf
verhindern! Wir fordern alle Abgeordneten
des Deutschen Bundestages auf, das Gesetz
abzulehnen. </p>
<p class="bodytext"><a moz-do-not-send="true"
href="http://www.proasyl.de/index.php?id=1999&rid=t_1927207&mid=481&aC=67c7050f&jumpurl=4"

Einschränkung des Asylrechtes muss
gestoppt werden! </b> </a>
</p>
<p class="bodytext">Das geplante Gesetz hebelt
für viele Flüchtlinge ein angemessenes und
faires Asylverfahren aus, es schränkt den
Familiennachzug ein und erkennt medizinische
Abschiebehindernisse nicht an.
</p>
<p class="bodytext">Mit „beschleunigten
Verfahren“ sollen Asylsuchende binnen
weniger Tage abgefertigt werden. Sie leben
in gesonderten Aufnahmezentren, in denen sie
von Unterstützern und Helfern abgeschottet
werden. Nicht einmal die Kinder dürfen in
Schulen Kontakt zu Einheimischen aufnehmen –
sie werden im Sammellager beschult. </p>
<p class="bodytext">Auch wenn das
Bundesinnenministerium abwiegelt, es seien
nur bestimmte Gruppen betroffen, kann dies
nicht beruhigen. Denn alle Menschen haben
ein Recht auf eine menschenwürdige und faire
Behandlung! Hinzu kommt: Wer keinen Pass
hat, ist ebenso vom Schnellverfahren
betroffen. Das ist die große Mehrheit aller
Schutzsuchenden.
</p>
<p class="bodytext">Es geht nur um eins: Die
Bundesregierung will noch mehr Menschen noch
schneller abschieben – selbst dann, wenn sie
körperlich oder psychisch schwer krank sind
und eine Abschiebung für sie potentiell
lebensbedrohlich ist.
</p>
<p class="bodytext">Wir haben uns deswegen mit
dem Dachverband psychosozialer Zentren für
Folteropfer, Medico International und dem
Bundesfachverband unbegleitete minderjährige
Flüchtlinge zusammengeschlossen um
gemeinsam gegen diese weitere Beschneidung
des Asylrechts zu protestieren. </p>
