Hallo liebe Raum-Nomad*innen,

wir suchen Menschen mit Lust und finanziellen Mitteln, um eine 
Büro-/Raumgemeinschaft zu gründen.

*Wer wir sind:*
Wir arbeiten politisch in Bildung, Film und Aktivismus und nutzen 
derzeit Räume in Neukölln (S+U Neukölln / Karl-Marx-Str.). Ab Mai fehlt 
uns leider die Finanzierung, daher suchen wir Mitstreiter*innen, um den 
Ort weiterzuführen – als Plenumsort (abends) und Co-Working-Space 
(tagsüber).

*Der Ort bietet:*

    Großen Raum mit Konferenztisch

  *

    Kleinen Arbeitsraum & Mini-Raum für Calls

  *

    Küche, Bad & Keller

*Kosten:*
Je nach Gruppengröße bräuchten wir z. B.:

  *

    10 Personen à 210 €/Monat

  *

    15 Personen à 140 €/Monat

  *

    20 Personen à 105 €/Monat

Wir bevorzugen sozial-politische Initiativen, sind aber offen für alle, 
die einen Raum zum Arbeiten oder für Treffen suchen.

*Kollektiv bedeutet für uns:*

*Founding Members Wanted for a Space Collective in Neukölln*

Hello dear space nomads,

We are looking for people who are interested and financially able to 
join us in creating a shared office/community space.

*Who we are:*
We work in political education, film, and activism and currently use a 
space in Neukölln (S+U Neukölln / Karl-Marx-Str.). As of May, we will 
lose our funding and are seeking like-minded individuals or collectives 
to help sustain the space as a mix of a meeting place (evenings) and 
co-working space (daytime).

*The space offers:*

    Large room with a conference table

  *

    Small workspace & tiny room for calls

  *

    Kitchen, bathroom & basement storage

*Costs:*
Depending on the number of users, the monthly contribution would be around:

    10 people at €210 each

  *

    15 people at €140 each

  *

    20 people at €105 each

We prioritize socially and politically engaged initiatives but are open 
to anyone needing a space for work or meetings.
