I have a WD 10TB drive connected to a megaraid controller housed on a Supermicro motherboard.<br>
The system is running the Proxmox VE version 7.2-7 kernel <br>

This drive has been reporting "peculiar" temperatures to the syslog:<br>

I took the precaution of shutting the system down for a bit and examining the drives. To no-one's surprise, no drive is either hot enough to bake bread nor cool enough to cool my drink. (The output above came after the power cycle and examination.)<br>

Are these temperature readings telling me anything that I should be concerned about, or should I just dismiss them as patently insane?</div>
