[smartmontools-support] Timeout by smartd in Openbsd

Dear support team,
I receive "smartd(timeout)" error in Openbsd 7.2.
The significant (for this problem) hardware of the computer is the
following:

-Kingston SSD SEDC500M/480G: one unit

-Toshiba MG08-D 3.5" 8TB MG08ADA800E: 5 units

-Startech SATA 3 PCI express x4 GEN 2 x8, 8P6G-PCIE-SATA-CARD, Pericom -
PI7C9X2G608GP, ASMedia - ASM1061 chipset.
I think that the problem with smartd is with this card.
The card has been checked in Windows and it works, no errors. The card
works also in Openbsd without problems.

-Motherboard ASUS PRIME H410M-A/CSM:
No problem in other computer always with Openbsd.
No problem also if I connect the drives directly at the SATA ports of the
mainboard. In this case smartd works properly.

Could you help me?
