[smartmontools-support] [Transcend] add Transcend SSD SMART attributes in smartmontool

Could you tell us the model of the SSD?

What is the controller?

I expect that Transcend's products would be based on reference designs 
from the controller manufacture, in which case the SMART attribute 
definitions would be in the evaluation design package that Transcend 
receives from Silicon Motion, Phison, etc.
