[smartmontools-support] Write amplification using NVMe Endurance Group Log (Log Identifier 09h)

Thanks.

Does this mean that this device doesn't support this feature, or does it 
mean that smartctl doesn't support it? I know that an SK Hynix BC711 SSD 
doesn't support it, so this feature appears to be optional.
