Your new drive reports 6 Mechanical Start Failures after only 3 Head 
Load Events, ie less than 6. However, the raw value of the 
Spin_Retry_Count for both drives is 0. Therefore something is not right ...

BTW, your Toshiba drive is actually a rebadged HGST (Hitachi). I believe 
DT01ACA200 is an identical Toshiba model.
