[smartmontools-support] Time in Over-Temperature seems to be incorrect

Currently I have an SSD reporting that it's been in Over-Temperature
for 41 minutes. But if I check the Highest Temperature it reports 61
and the Specified Maximum Operating Temperature is 70. So how can the
SSD have possibly been Over-Temperature if it never even got to the
Maximum Operating Temperature?
