[smartmontools-support] SAT command failed

Any thoughts on why this [1] M.2 SSD has "SAT command failed” or how to debug it?

Is it more likely the card or the mobo? Should I buy another card? The mobo has two M.2 slots, would it make sense to try the other M.2 slot?

I don’t have access to any other M.2. slots (internal not external), so very hoping someone here will provide some guidance...
