Which device (USB drive, enclosure, adapter, ...) includes this bridge ?
Is it an USB to SATA or USB to NVMe bridge?
If SATA: Does 'smartctl -d sat ...' work with this bridge?

https://www.smartmontools.org/wiki/Supported_USB-Devices
According to http://www.linux-usb.org/, it is the ID of "Century Corp.".
