[smartmontools-support] nvme drive partial support

Hello,

I have a nvme drive that seems to have problems with smartctl:

I first reported this bug to the kde team because their smart frontend
was not working: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=428844
You can find all the related information on the bug report.

However, the problem seems to come from smartctl itself.
I tried to open an account on your bug report platform but the
registration failed.
I don't really want to subscribe to yet another mailing list so please
reply to me directly instead of just replying the mailing list.

I hope this will helps improve smartmontools.
