Possibly not. If it has been incremented regularly after a power cycle, 
the OS might not properly shutdown the device. Same as 
Power-Off_Retract_Count (S)ATA attribute.

Not yet supported by smartmontools and not supported by this drive. 
Otherwise the "Optional Admin Commands" line would include "Self_Test":
