[smartmontools-support] Requested feedback

I received this message when doing using smartmontools today, and it asked
me to provide the output.  Attached is a screenshot.

In case you need any information, this is new hardware for testing
purposes.  The machine is Windows 10 with all updates installed as of
10/29/2019.

The hardware was just purchased, and here is the link to the USB bridge

I won't be using this device for a few days, and its not even formatted
yet, so if you have anything you'd like me to try, please let me know.  As
a regular user of smartmontools I have a vested interested in smartmontools
being as good of a package as possible.
