[smartmontools-support] GSmartControl 1.1.3 released

Hello everyone,

I just released GSmartControl 1.1.3 (a GUI for smartctl), you can find
it at https://gsmartcontrol.sourceforge.io .

This is a bugfix release:

* Fixed gsmartcontrol-root not launching if GDK_* variables are not
set.
