[Smartmontools-database] Database update request

I have an external USB drive that shows up as 

0x4971:0x1013 SimpleTech Touro Desk Pro

It appears to be the same or very similar to this entry I found on the website.

Hitachi Touro Desk 3.0 2TB (USB 3.0)	JMicron JMS539 ?	0x4971:0x1015 (0.00) @ USB 2.0 host	HitachiGST / Touro Desk 3.0	-d sat	Linux	​ML-Archive	"ATA output registers missing" prevents some commands from working properly

I manually edited the drivedb and have it working with -d sat.
