[Smartmontools-database] Supported USB Device Database Addition - 5910:13fd

Hello there,

I have a usb device reporting as `0x5910:0x13fd (0x153)` by `smartctl`. The device is a Sabrent EC-SSHD. I noticed that this device was not included in the supported devices table, but I am happy to report that `smartctl -d sat` successfully displays the SMART information.

The device is also not included here - http://www.linux-usb.org/usb.ids - but I do not know how to get in touch with Mr. Gowdy.
I would like to add this device to the database, so if there is anything more I need to do, please let me know.
