[Smartmontools-database] Add support for USB SATA Bridge Controller

Hello,

I have recently purchased a USB SATA Bridge Controller with lsusb showing the following device ID : 0bda:9201. The same is not available in the "usb-ids" list and I have requested an update to the list.

I tried running "smartctl -A /dev/sdx" which failed with "Unknown USB bridge [0x0bda:0x9201 (0xf200)]"

On running smartctl -A /dev/sdx -d sat,12 I was able to get SMART details about the disk.

It is a UAS supported USB 3.0 to SATA 3.0 USB Bridge (Max Speed 6.0Gbps)
