[Smartmontools-database] Missing automatic detection for a Freecom FHD-2 Pro

Hello :)

I have an external USB harddisk of older vintage here that seems to be
missing from the quirks database.
It works in smartctl if manually told with "-d usbjmicron".

lsusb says:
Bus 001 Device 017: ID 07ab:fc85 Freecom Technologies Freecom FHD-2 Pro

And the chip on the board is a JMicron JM20316.
