[Smartmontools-database] Support for new 2, 5" USB drive (ICY BOX IB-256WP)

Dear developers,
I have recently bought a Western Digital 4TB 2,5" hard drive (WD40NPZZ)
and put it into a USB enclosure (ICY BOX IB-256WP, supports the
necessary 15mm drive height).
Drive is recognized fine under latest Ubuntu 22.04 LTS development version.
When running smartctl, SMART is not recognized due to "unknown USB
bridge" error:

Problem can be fixed by adding drive type "sat":
> sudo smartctl -x /dev/sda -d sat
(for output, see attached log file)
Power_On_Hours, Power_Cycle_Count, Temperature_Celsius are all correct!
Performed a short self-test which also is displayed correctly.
Requesting support for this ICY BOX USB device/enclosure in
smartmontools so that Linux can access and use it's SMART values
directly. :)
Would be ideal for a backup drive to have SMART working!
