[Smartmontools-database] New Western Digital USB device

Hello there,

I couldn't find my device listed on
https://www.smartmontools.org/wiki/Supported_USB-Devices and
http://www.linux-usb.org/usb.ids, and hope this message will reach "Mr.
Gowdy" ;-)

Here are the relevant lines from "lsusb -v":

  idVendor           0x1058 Western Digital Technologies, Inc.
  idProduct          0x1170
  iManufacturer           2 Western Digital
  iProduct                3 My Book 1170

The device seems to work perfectly fine with "-d sat" on my Debian sid
machine with smartmontools 6.6-1.
