[Smartmontools-database] Add Intel S4500/S4600/S4510/S4610 to the driveb.h database

Hi smartmon tools team,

I'm an application engineer with Intel NSG group, the one that develops, sells and supports Intel SSDs.
Per customer request I'd like to update your drive database with the latest SMART structure for Intel SSDs, specifically S4500, S4600, S4510 and S4610.
Attached is the txt file with your driveb.h-structured information for these models. I've tested it on my workstation and confirmed that it works and I didn't find any errors.
Please let me know if you would prefer me to create a ticket instead.
