Maybe it is like Abe mentioned and RAM increases over time?</div>

I tried to reproduce this, with a freshly opened instance, and<br/>
measuring qutebrowser's RAM usage after all pages were loaded.<br/>
I get 310 MB (rather than your 588 MiB), and 318 MB with Otter.<br/>

I'm wondering, does it look the same for you when you launch with<br/>
--temp-basedir?<br/>
