[qutebrowser] a hang

hi.  for the past several months i've been having an issue where all my
qutebrowser instances stop reacting.  they don't redraw their windows
(so whatever other window was in the foreground is left there), respond
to, e.g., ":", etc.

i'm on an up-to-date Arch Linux.  my window manager is stumpwm but i
haven't upgraded that in years.

any ideas?  now this is happening once or twice a week.  my only
recourse is "kill -9 ...". :(

my next run i'll use `-d` in case that helps debug, but i've attached
version information and console output below.
