[qutebrowser] "access keys"?

hi.  a bit red-faced.  i "bisected" my config.py.  the line that stopped
it from working was

c.zoom.default = '175%'
----

which is because at 175% the pages i was looking at don't actually
display the search bar.  even with that line, if i launched qutebrowser,
went to one of these (wiktionary) pages, and reduced my zoom to 100%,
"Alt-f" worked as expected.
