[qutebrowser] userscript dir for MacOS

The next qutebrowser release will show you the paths in the version
output, but I'd expect it to be
~/Library/Application Support/qutebrowser/userscripts.

Note that you can also just spawn an userscript with a full path and
put it anywhere.
