[qutebrowser] Help me change Control-W behavior.

This PR [https://github.com/The-Compiler/qutebrowser/pull/1592] changed the
behavior to match readline's unix-word-rubout. What you're looking for is what
readline calls 'unix-filename-rubout'. You can press ctrl-backspace for this
behavior, but it can't be rebound. I've filed an issue for this, as I find it
useful as well: https://github.com/The-Compiler/qutebrowser/issues/1710.
