[qutebrowser-announce] qutebrowser v3.6.3 released!

Hey,

I just released qutebrowser v3.6.3.

It only contains a single workaround for a weird regression in Qt 6.10.1
causing frequent crashes. The workaround disables accessibility support:

This release also has a macOS Intel binary again. The real underlying
issue is not fixed yet, but I managed to cut a release using a bigger
paid Intel Mac GitHub runner with an older macOS version.
