Bei einer sind alle Mails da, bei der anderen klafft eine Lücke von mehreren Monaten. Die alten und die ganz neuen sind da.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Habe das Konto mal bei mir eingerichtet <span style='font-family:Wingdings'>à</span> hab auch die Lücke.<br>Anderer Kollege richtet Konto ein <span style='font-family:Wingdings'>à</span> sagt er sieht die bewussten Mails kurz, die verschwinden dann aber wieder.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Habe natürlich die ganzen Archiv- und Ansichtseinstellungen im Outlook geprüft. Nichts gefunden. Wäre ja auch unlogisch – da fehlt ja was zwischendrin.<br><br>Mit Thunderbird funktioniert alle prima, ist aber nicht Firmenphilosophie!<br><br>Meine denkwürdigen stundenlangen Versuche:<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>doveadm index NeuerUser ‘*‘<br>Hat nix verändert.<br><br>doveadm force-resync NeuerUser ‘*‘<br>Hat auch nix verändert.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>doveadm copy -u NeuerUser Test user ProblemUser MAILBOX INBOX ALL<br><span style='font-family:Wingdings'>à</span> auch bei dem neuen User ist die Lücke da.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>doveadm copy -u NeuerUser2 Test user ProblemUser MAILBOX INBOX SINCE 2025-05-01<br>Jetzt sind plötzlich die fehlenden Mails da. Aber es sind komischer Weise auch ältere da. Ein nochmaliges „doveadm copy … ALL“ bringt nix. Die alten Mails fehlen.<br><br>Ich kopiere mal nur die Mails bis zu dem Datum, an dem die Lücke beginnt:<br>doveadm copy -u NeuerUser3 Test user ProblemUser MAILBOX INBOX SINCE 2025-01-22<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Es sind wieder nur die neuesten Mails da und komischer weise wieder welche vor dem „SINCE“.
